for nokia java operating system, just open http://nefanasa.com/files/english/certificate/Equifax_Secure_Certificate_Authority_DER.crt and save
for the all most mobile phone model, just download DER version via your original mobile phone browser, and then install.
for using PC installation just download DER version from this link bellow, send via bluetooth, open, and install.
for some of mobile phone, download DER version from this link bellow, open menu > setting > security > certificate > add certificate.
try another format if doesn't working.
